【求助】剑桥雅思5 test4 阅读第26题，为什么是false？

这道题是true or false题，题干是There is plenty of documented evidence available about the incidence of nickel sulphide failure.
而文中相关的句子是Data showing the scale of the nickel sulphide problem is almost impossible to find.


答案是false，可我认为是not given，因为文中这句话只说找不到关于这一问题发生规模（scale）的数据，而题干只是说发生（incidence）。请问大家是怎么理解的呢？感激不尽！！！
